    Olá, No meu caso tive que desmontar toda a impressora mesmo, e uma das peças que segura esta haste branca ai tava solta, recoloquei no lugar certo e ficou funcional. É um poco trabalhoso, dependendo de qnto irá cobrar, melhor condenar. Grato a todos
