    estou com uma tv hqs32nkh ,no qual,liga e so da imagem,apois pedir para atualizar ela ficou assim,nao e leds e sai som ,porem a tela fica azul escuro. depois de muito pesquisar vi que seria um problema cronico dessa marca. a ultima tentativa seria baixar a firmware dela. alguem poderia me auxiliar por favor?desde de ja agradeço.
