ModifIed: ICH8M SATA workaround for B2 stepping.

Disabled: SB COM A, COM B, LPT, and FDD IO resource decoding to prevent GPS card resource conflicts.
Updated: TOSHIBA Logo.
Disabled: ASPM / L1 with Robson.
Added: Support for the MX25L800 flash part.
Corrected: Black screen displayed after the computer is woke up by a USB 1.1 device.
Updated: ATI VBIOS "BR25228P" to remove an unnecessary string.
Corrected: An error message is displayed when installing TOSHIBA common modules on Windows XP.
