Bom dia nobres. Estou com este equipamento (notebook positivo stilo xr2990, placa mãe 71r-h14bt4-t830) na bancada que não acende o backlight da tela, porém, apresenta imagem corretamente. Já efetuei a troca da tela e do cabo flat e o problema ainda persiste. Testei a tela original dele em outro notebook e a mesma funcionou corretamente.

Realizei algumas medições no conector da tela, a imagem abaixo mostra os valores obtidos. Se alguém puder ajudar eu agradeço.
