Ao ligar a placa ela gira o coller e para logo em seguida  e fica neste loop infinito. Testei processador e memória e fonte , porém não obtive êxito. Detectei curto no fio vermelho 5vdc , injetei tensão na linha e tive um consumo alto e detectei esquentando nesta área. Alguém sabe me dizer como testar estes componentes ou pode ser outra coisa que está causando curto ? Segue imagem abaixo.
