    bom dia estou com um notebook como , e esta com os mesmos sintomas , e analisando o boardviewm eu cheguei ate uma termistor smd que fica entre duas bobinas , o valor correto dele e 100k porem no meu caso estava com 29k e ele funciona de uma maneira que quanto menor a resistência maior a temperatura. substitui ele e o problema foi sanado , espero ajudar alguem que esteja com esse problema como eu .

    exaqtamente o mesmo problema que o meu , eu retirei o mosfet da esquerda que o da direita parou de oscilar e apareceu tensão
