    Acho que o defeito está no primário da fonte! O led em stand by fica vermelho com 1,7v na entrada do Ci chaveador e 7,1 v na saída. Mas quando aciona o led verde ao ligar dá 12v na saída por uns 2 segundos e volta pra 7,1v na saída e está dando um pequeno zumbido ou ruido tipo eletromagnetico na região do Ci chaveador!
