It sounds like your console is stuck in a glitch loop — the Matrix V3 chip is trying to glitch the console every 4 seconds but fails to boot. Here are a few things you can try:
Double-check wiring: Make sure all your solder points are clean and correctly placed, especially point A and the CPU_RST line.
Revert capacitor change: Try putting back the original 0.212pF capacitor if you still have it. 0.01uF might be too strong and affect the timing.
Timing files: If you're using a NAND with specific timing files, they might not match your console’s CPU type. Try a different timing file or profile.
Try another chip or board: If possible, test with another glitch chip or test your Matrix V3 on another board to rule out a faulty chip.
