Bom dia!

Recebi este notebook sem ligar nada. 
Estava com curto no PWM primário PU102 e PU103! 
Troquei ambos e continuou não inicializando, matando 3VPCU. Resumo: SIO fritando.

Trocada SIO, máquina voltou a ligar e carregar a bateria, porém leva uns 35s até dar logo, depois fica uns 2min na logo e trava. 
Tentei um Clear ME, mas não mudou nada. 
 

Obrigatoriamente preciso regravar a bios depois de trocar o SIO?
