TV LG 32LG30R, chassis LP81A, não liga (stby aceso) e, resolvendo, ao ligar, teclas bloqueadas, não acessa todos itens do menu

A TV permanece em stby, LED vermelho aceso, não liga. No SPI FLASH há pulsos  de leitura, alimentação 3,3V e 1,2V presente.  Troca tradicional de capacitores eletrolíticos não resolve a falha. No caso  então foi EEprom 24C64 com defeito, acredito  que  SPI FLASH avariada ou, com software corrompido, causaria sintomas semelhantes. Trocando EEprom e gravando novos dados  em as duas memórias, TV liga, porém, o teclado está bloqueado e  alguns itens no menu estão inacessíveis. A solução foi apagar a EEprom, a TV regravou sozinha a mesma e entrou  em ajustes de primeiro uso, ao ligar.
