Bom dia, ou boa tarde a todos

Estou com uma tv STI (TOSHIBA) na bancada que está com o seguinte defeito: Ela liga normal, imagem e som normal. Após alguns minutos ela fica com a imagem borrada como está na foto anexada

Já troquei a placa t-com e não resolveu

Alguém poderia me disponibilizar a atualização de software dela?
