Boa tarde sou iniciante na eletrônica, estou com um nobreak Power Vision upv3000bi, fazendo a analise visual observei que havia um resistor carbonizado esse resistor e R63 de 1k e D8 aberto e fiz a troca dos capacitores eletrolíticos 100v por 22uf, 100uf por 63v, e o resistor de 0R03, mesmo assim não liga, se alguém puder me dar uma ajuda agradeço desde já
