Fui formatar meu MXQ, restaurar para as configurações de fábrica, e agora ele só fica reiniciando. Aparece a tela do menu, mas não fica nem 3 segundos e logo reinicia, para que entrou em um loop infinito. Alguém sabe o que pode ser ou o que posso fazer? o modelo da placa dele é h3q84_v3.1_20210118
