boa noite amigo estou com essa placa que não liga, consumo na fonte 0.000A

 

ao alimentar o carregador UBS-C de 20v, quando vou medir  a PL1 e PL2 esta em 5v, sendo que era para bater 20v. e esta tendo 5v

nao tenho 5v e 3v.

alguem que possa me orientar desde ja obrigado
