Ola bom dia a todos. tenho uma tv semp toshiba dl4045l(a) e a mesma vem apresentando travamento na internet. 

as vezes até desliga. 

por este motivo gostaria de baixar e instalar uma atualização ou fazer uma reinstalação limpa do sistema.
