Aperto o botão de power o cooler liga e desliga, já tentei regravar a bios mas não achei arquivos muito confiáveis mas mesmo com esses arquivos o erro permaneceu!

    Sim, eu sei instalar bios se a placa n funciona, tenho gravador de eprom, mas no site da dell eles n dão a bios.
