Encontrei um tópico antigo sobre isso e já fechado, placa que não arrancava e não dava video, porém sem solução. Como tive o mesmo problema, consegui solucionar trocando PQ13 4 e tudo floriu novamente. Espero ter ajudado. 8) 8) 8)

    Tarde pessoal,peguei esta placa depois de trocar bios,tela e flet,descobri o defeito era os componentes (u19) e (u2).Espero ter ajudado.
