Galera,essa tv não liga só fica com o led azul piscando após apertar no botão Power…

 

Tensões de 5v,12,e 24 da fonte estão todas normais,porém não tem tensão de bl on nem de pwm diming…

 

já foi trocado os transistores q1,q2,q3,q4, e q5 da placa principal além dos capacitores marcado na fonte na imagem
