dúvida Hp P 2015 solenoid nao trava a engrenagem do pickup

Slveeee , gente.. estou com essa impressora ela puxa um papel atras do outro. O Solenoidr ja foi feito a troca por outro ,ja foi feito reparo. Mas quando ela faz processo de tração , ele so abre é nao fecha. fazendo a engrenagem rodar sem parar ate travar o papel. Podem me ajudar ,seria placa ? -

Bom dia, tenho uma SAMSUNG SCX-4521f que está puxando mais do que uma folha por vez. Fiz a remoção da cola que fica no Solenoide tracionador, virei a posição da borracha do pickup roller Alguma dica dessa impressora?[ Desde já agradeço. -

dúvida Hp Laser m1132 bandeja não levanta para o pickup roller pegar o papel

Bom dia!! Sou novo na área e estou com um HP Laser m1132 mpf com problemas na bandeja onde a mesma não esta levantando para pegar o papel, desmontei e verifiquei as engrenagens da tampa lateral direita e as engrenagens parecem estar em bom estado. Alguém poderia me dar uma dica?
