    ci power charger, si estiver aquecendo pode ser ele, se for removido ele pode funcionar apenas no carregador, normalmente fica perto dos pinos da bateria na placa. faça o teste primeiro com outra fonte.

    90% é teclado, já tive esse problema, desconecta ele se as teclas pararem de travar,(ficar abrindo pastas feito um doido é ele) e colocar um usb e funcionar normalmente é só colocar outro.
