    Processador esquenta normalmente. Tem todas as tensões. Led do reset na Debug card fica piscando. O que pode estar acontecendo com a placa que está fazendo com que o led do reset fique piscando?

    Tensão de memória: 1.2 volts. Não há capacitores estufados. Processador esquenta. Tem tensão de vcore. Não há tensão de reset no pino a15 do pci. Também não há tensão de clock no pino b16 do pci. O led de reset não acende em nenhum momento na placa post. Ponte sul e ponte norte praticamente não aquecem. Bios já foi regravada, mas nada de vídeo. O que mais fazer?
