Bom dia, tentei resetar a tv tcl 32s6500s e ela não finalizou o processo, travou , a tela liga mas fica piscando o led.
Por favor me ajudem a conseguir o arquivo válido para tentar atualizar o software dela pois no site da marca só encontro o arquivo corrompido que não funciona.
 

esse é o arquivo que a tcl disponibilizou.
