problema no diodo que vinha antes da bobina, ele estava em curto matando a tensão do note e não chegava os 19 na bobina 

diodo sk34 fica bem de baixo do dcjack no lado contrario da placa e esta ligado diretamente ao pino positivo do jack e a bobina.

troquei e voltou a ligar normalmente.
