Hello, such an unpleasant thing happened to me. I didn't notice when specifying the print that I had a document foil in the path and it was pulled into the printer and all the way to the fusing unit. Unfortunately, I used scissors to remove it and damaged the Teflon cylinder, see photo.
How can I fix this.
What will happen if I use a cylinder with this problem.

just changing it for another, if you use it the way it is, every impression will be marked by these scratches!

The problem is that you can't get a new one for this model, but you probably have to buy the whole fixed unit :(, which costs a lot of money.
I couldn't find it separately.

Look, I analyzed it here, and the value of the whole drum is even too cheap, now between the cylinder and the complete kit it pays to buy the complete kit at the same time here in Brazil!

I SEE? But I'm from the Czech Republic and there's nothing like that here, so I can only use AliExpress or ebay. I've been there, but haven't found an exact replacement yet.
